Health and safety tips

We’re reminding everyone who uses our services to follow advice from public health authorities. If you’re sick, stay home and away from others. Wash your hands frequently, and cover your cough or sneeze with your elbow. For more information, visit the World Health Organization website.

What do we do?

We deeply care about your safety. Here’s the measures we take to prevent the virus to spread.

Mandatory Temperature Check

Before everyone enters our shop it is mandatory to be temperature-checked by our staff.

The test takes only few seconds and permits to you and us to be safe.

Hand Sanitizers & Gloves ready for You

Before and after every Tour we provide you with a hand sanitizer to wash your hands, and gloves to put before you enter to our meeting point and start the Tour.

Plus, if you need, we have face masks ready to wear.

We allow max. 1 person at the Meeting Point

For safety reasons, and to protect You and us, no more than 1 person a a time is allowed inside the Meeting Point.

We sanitize the Bike, iPad and all the accessories

To prevent the spread of the Virus, we deeply sanitize the bike and all the equipment, including the helmet, the headphones and so on, with UV-C Rays, the best method for a perfect 99,99% signification rate in conjunction with standard chemical sanitizers.

Keep at least 1m (4ft) of distance

As per the Italian Legislation states, and for safety, it is needed to keep at least 1 meter (4 feet) distance from each other, when inside the Meeting Point and during the Tour.
