This year we introduced GPS Tracks, a completely new section where you can find, free of charge, a list of hand-chosen downloadable tracks to do with our bikes using your phone and GPS capabilities: simply scan the QR code available in our shop and you’ll have the possibility to choose the level of difficulty you desire and simply start your journey! To better help you, we’ve added a premium phone holder on the bike handle to see the track you’re following and better know your way.
Another feature we’ve introduced is the brand new Shop section where you can book directly on our website in just few clicks and in the safest way possible, a Bike Tour, a bike (electric city bike, standard bike or mountain bike) or electric scooters which are now even more popular every day more.
Speaking of hardware, we now have Electric Scooters available to rent! The electric scooter is the safest, easiest and funniest mean of transport you can have to explore the city of Como. It is green, it gives you a long range and it provides safety if used correctly with helmets and safety measures.
About safety, we’ve introduced strict sterilization and safety measures due to the COVID-19 outbreak, such as the sterilization of every bike used after every use, helmets, backpacks and all the accessories. We’ve also enforced mandatory temperature checks to our staff and to every customers that walk in, hand sanitizers available for everyone and social distancing.
Another feature we’ve added along with the Shop is the Online Checkin which allows our customers who bought the Tour on TripAdvosor, Get Your Guide, Expedia or Musement or anyone who’d like to prioritise the checkin time to be able to do it online, safely and conveniently.
Our website got a renewal too (if you didn’t have the chance to see it you can do it now) with new features, new safety standards and it is now even more secure than ever! We also worked on out internal softwares to ensure you a shorter and more pleasant checkin and a better whole experience.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
